On August 10, 2026, the G354 Huangxing Avenue to Airport Central Axis Avenue railway section of the key provincial road project in Hunan's 15th Five Year Plan successfully obtained construction permits, and the project officially meets the conditions for full line construction. The previous five sections have been approved and the operation has been carried out one after another. This breakthrough in the railway related nodes has completely cleared the construction obstacles along the entire line. After the completion of the project, a 20 minute air transportation circle will be built to improve the transportation system of Huanghua Airport and empower the integrated development of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan. As of August 10, 2026, Shaanxi's short-term traded electricity transmission reached 5.15 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 52%, achieving 83% of the annual target of 6.2 billion kilowatt hours. Since the end of July, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power has relied on the newly put into operation ultra-high voltage channel to seize the surplus power generation window period and organize cross provincial spot trading. In the first 10 days of August, it delivered 380 million kilowatt hours, reaching a record high of 83.05 million kilowatt hours in a single day, fully supporting the power supply guarantee in multiple regions across the country.
