[The Ninth Hydropower Bureau won the bid for the Belarusian project]Recently, China Water Resources and Hydropower Ninth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. received a notice of winning the bid for the upgrading and reconstruction of the Chervin water supply system, the construction of water storage facilities and the iron removal station in Belarus. On July 13th, the European Commission officially approved France's 63 billion euro national aid plan to support 11 offshore wind farm projects with a total installed capacity of 11.1GW and an annual power generation of 47.8 billion kilowatt hours, accounting for 10.6% of France's annual electricity consumption. The implementation period of the plan is 25 years, using a two-way price difference contract mechanism to stabilize electricity price fluctuations, and allocating assistance qualifications through bidding. This plan is formulated based on the Clean Industry Agreement National Assistance Framework, and is being promoted simultaneously in the three major sea areas of the North Sea, Atlantic, and Mediterranean. The Development and Reform Commission of Chongzuo City, Guangxi Province has agreed in principle to the energy-saving report for the first phase of the Super Intelligent Computing (Chongzuo) artificial intelligence computing power base project. The project is located in Pingxiang Industrial Park, Guangxi, renting factory buildings to build a computing power center. The total investment has not been disclosed, and the plan is to start construction in August 2026 and put into operation in December 2027. Set up 148 16kW cabinets, with a total power of 2606PFlops and a PUE not exceeding 1.1972. The annual power consumption is 19.8678 million kilowatt hours, and we promise to purchase 100% green electricity. The annual comprehensive energy consumption is 2461.41 tons of standard coal, and the carbon dioxide emissions are 42.43 tons. Editor/Cheng Liting
