China Electric Power Construction Hubei Electric Power Construction ranked first with a quotation of 22.9392 million yuan and a construction period of 120 days, which needs to be completed before winter. The project has an installed capacity of 4 million kilowatts and is an integrated wind solar thermal storage peak shaving power source.
