CIMC Raffles and Norwegian Dutch joint venture companies have signed a contract to build a new generation of deep-water multifunctional offshore installation ships, and the project has entered the implementation stage. The vessel was built at Haiyang Base in Shandong Province, with a length of 132.6 meters and a width of 32 meters. It has a capacity of 100 people and a maximum operating depth of 4000 meters. It is equipped with multiple professional operating equipment and meets the methanol reservation and DP2 power positioning standards. It is classified as DNV. The joint venture company is jointly owned by Solstad and SBM, and the ship will be operated by the Norwegian side after delivery, with the Dutch side enjoying priority use rights.
