Recently, the world's first 100 ton photovoltaic catalytic synthesis ammonia industrial demonstration project completed pilot testing in Yulin. The project was jointly developed by the Xi'an Jiaotong University team and the United Nations Energy Yulin Chemical Industry. New technologies have revolutionized the traditional high-energy Haber method, resulting in stable operation of the device for over a thousand hours. Energy and water consumption have significantly decreased, and a single ton of ammonia has reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 3.1 tons. The project has developed a complete process package of 10000 tons, holding multiple patent papers and possessing independent intellectual property rights. This achievement fills the gap in domestic industrialization and helps Yulin's coal chemical industry achieve low-carbon transformation.Editor/Gong Ziwei
