• On June 24, 2026, the renovation project of the West Outer Ring Road in Bincheng District, Binzhou was officially launched. This X010 Castle Sand Road, which has been in operation for over 15 years, has undergone its largest upgrade due to heavy vehicles and severe road damage. The total investment of the project is 31.98 million yuan. The standard of second-class highway is adopted. After milling the old pavement, the full depth cement cold recycling is implemented in place. 17 cm of cement stabilized macadam and 5 cm of asphalt concrete are paved in full width, and the pavement is raised by 14 cm.
