[PKN ORLEN partners with Alstom on hydrogen railway] On May 20, 2022, PKN ORLEN signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Alstom to provide zero-emission, environmentally friendly trains and hydrogen fuel for public rail transport. The company has been implementing a hydrogen strategy, announcing in 2022 that it will provide the fueling infrastructure for trains produced by Alstom. • On November 5, 2026, Unit 1 of Qinghai Huadian Golmud Phase I Thermal Power Project, the highest altitude ultra supercritical thermal power project in China, successfully completed a 168 hour trial operation and officially entered commercial operation. The project is located in Golmud City, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with an average altitude of about 2850 meters. • Maersk announced its third quarter financial report for 2026 on November 5th, with revenue of $18.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27%; The profit before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization was $4.7 billion, and the profit before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization was $3.3 billion, both higher than the same period last year and the second quarter of this year.
