China's first 7-ton large-scale transport drone, the Changying-8, will make its maiden flight at Zhengzhou Shangjie Airport in the near future to verify key systems such as intelligent flight control and power fuel. It is currently ready for use. The aircraft is independently developed, with a length of 17 meters, a wingspan of 25 meters, a cargo hold of 18 cubic meters, a load capacity of 3.5 tons, and a range of over 3000 kilometers. On March 25, 2026, the Far East Sheyang Offshore High Power Transmission Chain Project started construction, achieving the first breakthrough in the coastal layout of the industry with 100% self-developed and self-made transmission chains for offshore large megawatt units. The project is expected to be put into operation in November, and will collaborate with surrounding industries to enhance local supporting capabilities, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and strengthen operations and maintenance, helping to price offshore wind power.
