On September 7, 2026, CGN announced the centralized procurement of two 1.2 million kilowatt wind power projects in Hami, Xinjiang. Goldwind Technology exclusively won the bid, with a total price exceeding 1.625 billion yuan and a unit cost of approximately 1354.6 yuan/kilowatt. The project adopts bundled centralized procurement, which requires a single machine capacity of not less than 10MW.
