The ship was designed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's 708 Research Institute and is expected to be delivered in the second half of 2027, meeting the classification standards of China Classification Society. The total length of the vessel is 161.8 meters, with a maximum cable carrying capacity of 16000 tons.
