Recently, the Subulga coal mine project has successfully obtained the approval for commencement filing, marking the official entry of the project into the construction and implementation phase. The Subulga mining field covers an area of 79.3036 square kilometers and has a coal resource of 1.652 billion tons. The designed production capacity of the mine is 8 million tons per year, and a matching coal preparation plant of the same scale will be constructed. The project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on April 10, 2025, and took 12 months to efficiently complete all preliminary procedures. Recently, TGEM signed an EPC contract with Ayon Energy for a 250MW photovoltaic power plant in Hatron state, marking the substantial construction phase of Tajikistan's first large-scale solar power plant. The project is required to be completed before August 2026, which will effectively alleviate the shortage of electricity during the winter water and electricity dry season. As part of the 500MW photovoltaic plan in Tajikistan, the Soghote State project is undertaken by China Construction Xinjiang Engineering Group.
