Tashkent plans to lay out 7 cogeneration facilities with a total investment of 173 million US dollars. Some sites will be put into operation in December 2026, while the rest will be put into use in the summer of 2027. Kenya, in collaboration with the World Bank, has completed the completion of the Ketale Lodwar National Highway with an investment of approximately $775 million, providing direct access to the South Sudan border. The travel time has been significantly reduced, and transportation costs have significantly decreased.
