Recently, CEEC won the bid for the Xinjiang Shache 200 MW/1200 MW grid type independent energy storage project, which is the first 6-hour long grid energy storage demonstration project in southern Xinjiang. The project is equipped with a 220 kV booster station, which can consume approximately 110 million kilowatt hours of abandoned photovoltaic power annually after commissioning, supporting the integration of local new energy bases into the grid.
