[Indian solar company SECI tenders to supply 1,680MW of solar modules] Indian solar company SECI has invited bidders to provide 1,680MWDC of solar modules, including Indian-made cells, under the domestic content requirement category. The total capacity is divided into four units of 420 MWDC each. Bidders can bid for a single package of 420 MW DC or two packages of up to 840 MW. • [Inner Mongolia Energy Group launches wind power project]
• Five wind power projects of Inner Mongolia Energy Group have recently been launched, with a total installed capacity of 2.25 million kilowatts, covering multiple areas such as Erlian and Siziwang Banner. The project customizes unit selection based on wind resource conditions, with the Erlian project using 35kV high-voltage direct hanging units to optimize grid access friendliness. After the completion of the project, the annual power generation will be 5.61 billion kilowatt hours, saving about 1.69 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 5 million tons, which will greatly enhance the regional clean energy supply capacity.
