• [The Shanghai Xinyangnian Integrated Circuit Project has started construction]
• The Shanghai Xinyang 50000 ton annual production integrated circuit project has officially started construction in Songjiang District recently. This project, with a total investment of 1.85 billion yuan, will create a world-class integrated circuit material base. It is planned to start production in 2027 and form an annual production capacity of 50000 tons of key process materials, covering four series of ultra pure chip cleaning solutions, electroplating solutions, etching solutions, and chemical mechanical polishing solutions. As an important layout for serving the national strategy, the project will build a headquarters base integrating research and development, operation, settlement, logistics, and training, comprehensively strengthening the local integrated circuit industry chain and enhancing the independent guarantee capability of key materials for national integrated circuits. Under the guarantee of a high-quality business environment in Songjiang District, this project only took 6 months from project initiation to construction, which will significantly enhance the core competitiveness of China's integrated circuit industry and inject new momentum into high-quality development. • [Niutanwei Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project Signed Contract]
• Recently, a consortium formed by China Civil Engineering and local enterprises in Hong Kong successfully signed a contract with the Water Supplies Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the "Expansion Project of Ngau Tam Mei Water Treatment Plant - Expansion of Ngau Tam Mei Fresh Water Main Distribution Reservoir, Improvement of Raw Water Tunnel Intersection (Room G) and Installation of Water Pipes" project, promoting a new chapter in the construction of Hong Kong's water supply infrastructure. The project is located in the Ngau Tam Mei area of the New Territories in Hong Kong. The project involves the design and construction of a 54000 cubic meter main water distribution reservoir, the construction of approximately 0.6 kilometers of access tunnels, and the upgrading of approximately 6.7 kilometers of water pipes from Ngau Tam Mei Water Treatment Plant to Castle Peak Road. The total project duration is expected to be 66 months, with a planned start date of November 2025. As an important livelihood project, its completion can significantly enhance the water supply capacity of areas such as Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, and San Tin, improve people's well-being, and accurately align with the development plan of the northern metropolitan area of Hong Kong, providing core infrastructure support for its development.
