• On June 24, 2026, Fujian Yili Construction Consortium won the bid for the EPC project of Changle Offshore Centralized and Unified Delivery for 4.165 billion yuan. As a landmark project in the province, the project has a rated transmission capacity of 2100MW. It will build a ± 525kV offshore converter station and an onshore centralized control station, lay 77.4km DC submarine cables, and be equipped with a 10%/2h energy storage system. The project serves five large wind farms and will apply large capacity units ranging from 16MW to 26MW in batches. • [Qatar to Expand Western Power Grid with $604 Million]
• In order to implement the 2030 vision and solve the bottleneck of the 2GW Duhan photovoltaic power station, Qatar General Electric Company has awarded the EPC contract for the expansion of the western transmission network to El Suvidi, Egypt, with a total contract amount of approximately 604 million US dollars.
