Approved by the Xuzhou Municipal People's Government, the PPP project of Xuzhou urban rail transit combined operation shall be invested, operated and maintained by means of cooperation between the government and social capital. • The Hutuo River Water Supply Project, an important component of the second horizontal part of Shanxi's modern water network, has officially supplied water to Taiyuan City. The project consists of two parts: the Qingshui River Water Source Project and the Water Supply Project. The total length of the water supply line is about 82 kilometers, spanning Wutai County, Dingxiang County, Xinfu District of Xinzhou City and Yangqu County of Taiyuan City.
