It is reported that the project has a total investment of 10.5 billion yuan, and plans to build an integrated high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production project. The project consists of two parts: the Qingshui River Water Source Project and the Water Supply Project. The total length of the water supply line is about 82 kilometers, spanning Wutai County, Dingxiang County, Xinfu District of Xinzhou City and Yangqu County of Taiyuan City.
