• On July 16, 2026, the Tarim 1.2 million tons/year Phase II ethylene and supporting green low-carbon demonstration project of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical was successfully put into operation and fully entered the production and operation stage. The project is located in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industrial Park of Korla Shangku High tech Industrial Development Zone, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, on the northern edge of the Taklamakan Desert.
