[Anhui Province expands Shanghai Chongqing Expressway with 3.65 billion yuan]
On January 21, 2026, the feasibility study (second round) of the renovation and expansion project of the G50 Shanghai Chongqing Expressway Anhui Zhongming Shangshui Bridge section was announced, and Anhui Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. became the first candidate for the bid with a price of 5.68 million yuan. [CNOOC collaborates with Mingyang Intelligent Investment to build a new project]
On January 21, 2026, CNOOC (Shanwei) Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd., a joint venture between CNOOC and Mingyang Intelligent, will lead the Shanwei Honghai Bay Four Seas Wind Power Demonstration Project with a total investment of over 5.8 billion yuan. The project is planned to have an installed capacity of 500 megawatts and intends to install 28 18 megawatt fixed wind turbines, with an estimated construction period of 11 months. This cooperation is another major cross-border collaboration between the two parties in the field of offshore wind power, following the Hainan project.
