[Supplementary list of key construction projects of Hunan Province in 2022] The Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently released a notice on the supplementary list of key construction projects in 2022. There are 29 projects in total, including 12 infrastructure projects, 3 ecological and environmental protection projects, 1 social livelihood project and 13 industrial development projects, with a total investment of 227.71 billion yuan. • [The first domestic offshore chemical flooding production line has started construction]
• On September 8, 2026, the first fully automated production line for offshore chemical flooding polymers in China started construction in Nangang, Tianjin, filling the gap in large-scale production of offshore specialized oil flooding polymers. The project has an annual output of 58000 tons and is expected to be completed by September 2027. It will fill the gap in oilfield chemicals and reduce external dependence.Editor/Gao Xue
