On August 7, 2026, the bidding candidates for the EPC re bidding of offshore wind farm in J district of Changle, Fujian Province were announced. Led by East China Survey and Design Institute, China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and China Construction Third Engineering Group Co., Ltd. jointly formed the first candidate in the list, with a winning bid amount of approximately 3.553 billion yuan. This project is a deep-sea offshore wind power project with a total installed capacity of 656MW and 41 16MW units arranged. It adopts a ± 525kV flexible DC centralized transmission mode. The total construction period is 18 months, and the plan is to achieve full capacity grid connection by September 2028. The project owner is Funeng Haiyun Power Generation, and the previously approved validity period has been extended. POWERCHINA led a consortium to bid approximately 760 million yuan for the 230000 kilowatt photovoltaic EPC project in Kangle County, Linxia, Gansu Province. The project will be constructed in two phases and equipped with a booster station.
