Qinshi Group's Pi Ship Harbin New Energy Ship Manufacturing Base started construction on July 21 in Hulan District, with a total investment amount not disclosed. On the morning of July 21, 2026, Huineng Group's 6 million ton coal gangue fly ash solid waste resource comprehensive utilization source network load storage integration project started construction in Duguitala Industrial Park, Hangjin Economic Development Zone. The total investment of this project is 69.6 billion yuan. After completion, it can consume 6 million tons of coal gangue and fly ash annually, and produce 2 million tons of high-end alloys such as aluminum silicon and silicon aluminum titanium annually.
