In terms of regional distribution, there are 6 in eastern China, 7 in central China, 10 in western China and 2 in Northeast China. On March 26, 2026, Wanji Aluminum (Xinjiang)'s 580000 ton electrolytic aluminum project started construction in the Camel Circle Industrial Park. The total investment of this project is 4.595 billion yuan, and it adopts a 600KA level large capacity electrolytic cell and intelligent control system. The DC power consumption per ton of aluminum is as low as 12430 kWh, and the energy efficiency is globally leading.
