[Sichuan Xingwen County Crystal Silicon Photovoltaic Industry Project Launched] On November 30, 2022, the Xingwen County crystalline silicon photovoltaic industry project was launched in the Xingwen County Economic Development Zone, Yibin City. The total investment of the project is 4.5 billion yuan. It is planned to build projects with an annual output of 7GW of solar cells, 200 tons of semiconductors and 3000 tons of polysilicon core single crystal silicon rods, and 200000 33-40 inch single crystal silicon arc quartz crucibles. • On April 20, 2026, the construction of berths 7-10 in the Bi Li operation area of Luoyuan Bay in Fuzhou Port was approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 1.823 billion yuan. The project is constructed by Fujian Luochuan Port Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Fuzhou Port Group. It will build two 50000 ton general berths with a designed annual throughput capacity of 8.61 million tons.
