Saudi Aramco is advancing the construction of offshore oil and gas production capacity. The bidding documents for five offshore EPCI projects will be submitted on August 1, 2026, involving six major offshore oil and gas fields. The bidding has been delayed multiple times. Recently, Sinoma International signed a $476 million equipment supply contract with Dangote Industries in Nigeria to provide core equipment, materials, and a 12-month warranty for two new clinker production lines at Itoli Cement Plant. The production line can produce 6000 tons of clinker per day, and it is planned to produce clinker within 24 months after equipment debugging.
