[The total planned scale of Fengscenery base is 450GW] On November 29, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued a paper titled "Remarkable Results of Green and Low-carbon Energy Transformation Action -- Progress of Ten Actions to Reach the Carbon Peak (I)", which pointed out that the planning and layout of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases focusing on desert, Gobi and desert areas, with a total planned scale of about 450 million kW, should be implemented. At present, the construction of the first batch of 95 million kW base projects has all started.   • Five wind power projects of Inner Mongolia Energy Group have recently been launched, with a total installed capacity of 2.25 million kilowatts, covering multiple areas such as Erlian and Siziwang Banner. The project customizes unit selection based on wind resource conditions, with the Erlian project using 35kV high-voltage direct hanging units to optimize grid access friendliness. After the completion of the project, the annual power generation will be 5.61 billion kilowatt hours, saving about 1.69 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 5 million tons, which will greatly enhance the regional clean energy supply capacity.
