[The total planned scale of Fengscenery base is 450GW] On November 29, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued a paper titled "Remarkable Results of Green and Low-carbon Energy Transformation Action -- Progress of Ten Actions to Reach the Carbon Peak (I)", which pointed out that the planning and layout of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases focusing on desert, Gobi and desert areas, with a total planned scale of about 450 million kW, should be implemented. At present, the construction of the first batch of 95 million kW base projects has all started. The list of the second batch of projects has been issued, the preliminary work has been accelerated, and the third batch of base projects have been organized and planned. Editor/Xu Shengpeng
