On June 13, 2026, the EPC bidding candidates for the 500MW wind power project in Qiqihar were announced. The project will be located in eight towns in Nehe, with a total installed capacity of 500MW and a newly built 220 kV booster station. The plan is to start construction at the end of September 2026 and complete it by the end of October 2028, with a construction period of 762 days. The leading unit of Hydroelectric Fourth Bureau ranked first with a quotation of 2.75 billion yuan, while two other enterprises ranked second and third respectively. This project is an important new energy project in western Heilongjiang. After completion, it will help promote the development of clean energy and dual carbon in the local area.
