[Kyrgyzstan plans to open new transit channels]According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan recently, the planned new transit transport corridor consists of two parts: the land part will cross Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, and then cross the Caspian Sea and enter Russia by water. The construction drawing design of the Ningxiang to Liuyang Shashi section of the G9907 Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan metropolitan area ring expressway has passed the review, laying the foundation for the comprehensive construction of the project. It is reported that the Changsha North Cross Island Expressway starts from the Heshan Hub Interchange in Henglongqiao Town, Heshan District, Yiyang City, connects to the Ningshao Expressway, and ends at the Shashi South Hub Interchange in Shashi Town, Liuyang City, connecting to the Wushen Expressway, with a total length of 92.3 kilometers. The entire line is constructed according to the standard of a two-way six lane expressway, with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. There are a total of 13 interchanges (including 7 hub interchanges) along the route, and 2 service areas and 2 parking areas will be built to support the improvement of transportation engineering and facilities along the route.
