The project starts from the border between Shanghai and Jiangsu provinces in the west and ends at G15 highway in the east, with a total length of about 18.8 kilometers, located in Qingpu District. The core content is to widen the main line of the S26 Shanghai Changzhou Expressway, upgrade it to a two-way 8-lane road by widening on both sides, and simultaneously implement the reconstruction of nodes such as Zhaozhong Highway and G15 interchange, as well as the optimization of toll stations.
