[Inner Mongolia 4 × 1 million kilowatts thermal power generation project signed] Seven companies including Huadian Inner Mongolia Company, China Resources Power, Envision Energy, and Jiangsu Shuangliang Group signed an agreement with our alliance on the new energy base project from Helan Mountain in the Tengger Desert of Inner Mongolia to the Middle East New Energy Base. The project includes a total of 8 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation, 4 million kilowatts Wind power, 4×1 million kilowatts of thermal power and 200,000 kilowatts of solar heat, with a total investment of about 86 billion yuan. [Dangote Refinery launches largest public IPO in Africa]
On September 14, 2026, Nigeria's Dangote Refinery officially launched a public IPO, issuing 4.1 billion shares at 525 naira per share, fully subscribing to raise 2.15 trillion naira. The funds will be used to double the refining capacity to 1.4 million barrels per day. Previously, a $2.5 billion institutional private placement was completed in July, and the public subscription period for this time is until October 13th, with a minimum subscription threshold of 10 shares.
