• On September 15, 2026, the Qatar BH EPIC project of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) started construction in Qingdao. This is the highest international offshore oil and gas engineering general contracting project in China to date, with a total amount of approximately 4 billion US dollars. • On September 14, 2026, Nigeria's Dangote Refinery officially launched a public IPO, issuing 4.1 billion shares at 525 naira per share, fully subscribing to raise 2.15 trillion naira.
