Zhongxun Post and Telecommunications Design Institute and China Railway 16th Bureau Joint Venture have become the first candidate for winning the bid with 77.6 million yuan. The project is located in Liuwu New District, with a total construction area of approximately 11400 square meters. It is planned to build a communication hub building and a power center, which can install 526 racks.
