[Universal Energy will build a new wind power plant in Uzbekistan] On May 17, 2023, the Uzbekistan China Business Forum was held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center. As an important supporting event of the China China Asia Summit, this forum attracted thousands of business representatives from China and Uzbekistan to participate. Universal Energy Chairman Nan Yi attended the meeting and signed a wind power cooperation investment agreement with the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan. According to the agreement, Universal Energy will invest in the construction of a total scale of 500MW wind power project in Samarkand Oblast, Uzbekistan.
