Before the talks, Qian Zhimin attended the Kazakhstan-China Investment Roundtable and the signing ceremony. As a strategic project for Yellow River management, its dam site controls over 60% of the basin area. As the only LNG refueling hub in the Three Gorges Reservoir area that operates stably year-round, the LNG refueling terminal in Guizhou Town, Zigui County, Hubei Province is known as the "green energy supply station" on the water in the Three Gorges Reservoir area. Since its official operation, the refueling volume has continued to steadily increase.
