Shandong Dongchangfu District Aerospace Health City project won the bid--Seetao

On May 25, 2023, Shandong Provincial Public Resources Trading Network released the announcement of candidates for the Dongchangfu District Aerospace Health City project. The project was won by a consortium composed of three units including China Construction Urban Construction and Development Co., Ltd. Approximately 2.57 billion yuan. The project is located in the west of Sangan Canal, Tangyi Town, Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City, 1,000 meters east of Majia River, 700 meters south of Majia River, and north of Liaoguan Road. The total land area of the project is 821.65 mu, and the total construction area is 482,000 square meters m, of which 543.5 mu is residential land, located in the west of Sanqianqu in Tangyi Town, 1,000 meters east of Majia River, 700 meters south of Majia River, and north of Liaoguan Road. A 6-storey residential building with a construction area of 432,000 square meters; 23.16 acres of commercial and financial land, located in the west of the Sangan Canal in Tangyi Town, 1,500 meters east of the Majia River, 700 meters south of the Majia River, and north of Liaoguan Road. Construction of an aerospace exhibition hall of 5,000 square meters; 254.99 acres of commercial land, located in the west of the Sangan Canal in Tangyi Town, 2,000 meters to the east of the Majia River, 1,000 meters to the south of the Majia River, and 1,000 meters to the north of Liaoguan Road. Construction of the health club: Building 1 with a 3-story health restaurant of 1,000 square meters, two buildings with a 2-story health care center of 5,000 square meters, and two buildings with a 1-story health hall of 4,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 10,000 square meters. Building an ancient town commercial street: Building 1 with a 3-story cultural vitality business 5,000 square meters for the center, 5,000 square meters for a 3-story cultural and creative center in Building 1, 7,500 square meters for a 5-story cultural commodity sales center in Building 1, 7,500 square meters for a 2-story town characteristic dining block in Building 4, and 10,000 square meters for a 4-story tourist service center in Building 2 square meters, with a total construction area of 35,000 square meters, and a large parking lot of 60,000 square meters; supporting fire protection, water, electricity, gas, internal roads, etc., the project construction density is 35%, and the green area rate is 25%.
