[CNCEC signed a strategic agreement with Sonangol in Angola] On June 6, 2023, CNCEC General Manager Wen Gang held talks with Diamantino Azevedo, Minister of Mineral Resources, Petroleum and Natural Gas of Angola, at the group headquarters. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on promoting practical cooperation on key projects, and jointly witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement and a memorandum of project cooperation between CNCEC and Angolan National Oil Company. • On August 2, 2026, Zhang Qijun announced at the annual meeting of Sun Island that the main body of the Heihe to Blagoveshchensk cross-border cableway had been completed, and the project would be completed within the year. The one-way travel time of the cableway is only 6 to 8 minutes. After completion, it will improve the three-dimensional cross-border transportation system in Heihe and promote the coordinated development of cultural, tourism, and commercial trade on the China Russia border.
