Construction starts on Kimba Road in Cambodia] On the morning of June 7, 2023, the construction ceremony of the highway project from Phnom Penh to Pakuah City in the province of Sah Rieng was held in Kandan Province, Cambodia, attended by nearly 7,000 Cambodian people. The Jinba Expressway is invested and constructed by China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., LTD. The main highway project is 135.1 km long, two-way four lanes, and the design speed is 100 km/h. The construction period of the Gimba Expressway project is four years, and after completion, it will be operated by China Road and Bridge for 50 years before being handed over to Cambodia. • [Hubei Institute wins the large order for wind power in Heilongjiang Province]
• On June 1, 2026, Hubei Institute won the bid for the 400MW wind power EPC general contracting project in Kedong County, Qiqihar, with a bid amount of 2.2288 billion yuan. The total investment of the project is about 2.3 billion yuan, with 64 wind turbines installed, supporting the construction of a new 220kV substation and about 88 kilometers of transmission lines. It is planned to start construction in August 2026 and be fully connected to the grid in June 2028. The project is a key new energy project in Heilongjiang Province.
