Construction starts on Kimba Road in Cambodia]On the morning of June 7, 2023, the construction ceremony of the highway project from Phnom Penh to Pakuah City in the province of Sah Rieng was held in Kandan Province, Cambodia, attended by nearly 7,000 Cambodian people. The Jinba Expressway is invested and constructed by China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., LTD. The main highway project is 135.1 km long, two-way four lanes, and the design speed is 100 km/h. The construction period of the Gimba Expressway project is four years, and after completion, it will be operated by China Road and Bridge for 50 years before being handed over to Cambodia. On August 7, 2026, the first phase of the 100MW/200MWh project of the independent energy storage power station in Jinxian County officially started construction. This is the first provincial-level new energy storage pilot demonstration project in Jiangxi Province and the first independent energy storage project to start construction in Nanchang City. The overall planned installed capacity of the project is 300MW/600MWh. After being put into operation, it will make up for the shortcomings of local photovoltaic wind power and energy storage, and enhance the reliability of regional power grid supply and the ability to absorb new energy.
