[PowerChina won the bid for Cameroon's agricultural irrigation project] The Central and West Africa Company of POWERCHINA has received the letter of acceptance for Lot 2 of Cameroon Benue River Basin Agricultural Irrigation Development Project. The project owner is the Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Land Improvement of Cameroon, with funding from the World Bank. The project is located in the northern region of Cameroon, and the main project content is the 2944 hectare governance project for pressurized and self flowing irrigation water conservancy and agricultural areas. The project duration is 25 months.
