[Gansu Lanzhou Green Power Hydrogen Production Project Successfully Signed] On the morning of July 6, 2023, the 29th Lanzhou International Trade Fair was grandly opened with the theme of sharing opportunities, deepening cooperation and creating prosperity. This session of Lanzhou International Trade Fair focused on new energy, new materials, biomedicine, digital information and other distinctive industries, deepened investment and trade cooperation with countries, regions and sister provinces, regions and cities along the the Belt and Road, and achieved win-win cooperation and common development. In the afternoon of the same day, Sun Honghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Energy Construction, attended the forum on central local cooperation and development and witnessed that China Energy Construction Hydrogen Energy Corporation signed the Investment Cooperation Agreement on China Energy Construction Lanzhou New Area Green Power Hydrogen Production Project with the Management Committee of Lanzhou New Area. The total investment of this project is 1.23 billion yuan, covering an area of approximately 270 acres. After completion, the annual output value of the project will exceed 800 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue can reach over 26.6 million yuan. This project will utilize green electricity to produce hydrogen and combine it with traditional synthetic ammonia, transforming the traditional liquid ammonia production chemical project into a supporting energy storage method for renewable energy, achieving innovative integration between the power and chemical industries, exploring new forms of renewable energy storage, thereby reducing the comprehensive cost of renewable energy, improving the quality and efficiency of power development, promoting regional economic development, and driving the development of industries such as power equipment manufacturing.
