[NDRC said infrastructure investment is expected to rebounond half of the year]On July 31, 2023, The General Office of the State Council forwarded the notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Measures to restore and expand Consumption. It is proposed to improve the policy of supporting the construction of consumer infrastructure. We will implement special investment policies to promote consumption, support the construction of consumer infrastructure, the upgrading of equipment, and the upgrading of key production lines, and include eligible projects in the scope of local government special bond support. Wu Youhong of the Chinese Academy of Macroeconomic Research said earlier that the executive meeting of The State Council talked about a number of policy measures to promote the sustained recovery of the economy, emphasizing that the policy measures with conditions should be introduced in a timely manner and implemented promptly, while strengthening the reserve of policy measures to maximize the comprehensive effect of policies. If counter-cyclical policy tools such as policy-oriented development financial instruments increase their strength, the growth rate of infrastructure investment is expected to pick up marginally in the second half of the year. Everbright Securities recently pointed out that the growth rate of infrastructure investment has maintained high growth, the prosperity is still at a high level, and stable growth is still the main tone of 23 years. Since the special estimate was put forward, the policy is effectively promoting the central enterprises to become bigger and stronger, for the construction central enterprises, its merger and acquisition restructuring resources integration, especially the group's internal unlisted high-quality assets securitization can be expected in the future. The continuous marketization of construction central enterprise groups is conducive to the improvement of management quality, and the current construction central enterprise plate has a higher cost performance after the early correction. The ship is planned to be deployed on the route from Hai'an New Port in Zhanjiang to Xiuying Port in Haikou. After being put into operation, it will add a new mode of sea transportation for new energy vehicles in the Qiongzhou Strait and effectively alleviate the tense situation of insufficient capacity for new energy vehicle transportation during the peak period of cross sea vehicle transportation in the Qiongzhou Strait.
