[3.5GW Photovoltaic Project Settled in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province] On September 26, 2023, Guangdong Hydropower and Shenzhen Tianli Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. signed a new energy and new materials investment cooperation agreement with the Yunnan Simao Industrial Park Management Committee in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. The three parties are working together to invest and construct a 3.5GW centralized photovoltaic power generation project in the jurisdiction of Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. • On April 20, 2026, the construction of berths 7-10 in the Bi Li operation area of Luoyuan Bay in Fuzhou Port was approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 1.823 billion yuan. The project is constructed by Fujian Luochuan Port Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Fuzhou Port Group. It will build two 50000 ton general berths with a designed annual throughput capacity of 8.61 million tons.
