Miluolan Jiadong Reservoir Water Resources Development Project Approved--Seetao

Recently, the financing and operation project for the water resource franchise rights of the Lanjiadong Reservoir in Miluo City was successfully approved, with a total investment of approximately 330 million yuan, of which 260 million yuan was raised. This project adopts the TOT mode of operation, with the main operating income of the project being water supply income and a franchise period of 30 years. During the operation period, the municipal administrative department shall supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of the project in accordance with relevant regulations, and shall transfer it to the Miluo Water Conservancy Bureau for free upon expiration. This project aims to revitalize existing water resources through franchising, which is not only an important path for implementing comprehensive water resources reform in Miluo City, but also a key measure in response to the government's call to revitalize existing assets and expand effective investment.
