The route of the first phase of the project starts from the Shawan Middle Bridge about 2.1 kilometers east of the Lujin Service Area of the Xuanguang Expressway, and finally near G205, Jiangzi Village, Jing County. Caijing Town, Qinxi Town, Jingchuan Town of Hejing County, the total length of the route is about 40.000 kilometers. The construction standard is a fully enclosed, fully interchanged, two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 km / h, a subgrade width of 26.0 meters, an estimated project of 4.58 billion and a construction period of 4 years.
