[Energy China won the bid for Indonesia's coal power joint venture project]<p>Recently, after receiving the notice from Huadian Tendering Co., Ltd., China Energy Construction Southwest Design Institute won the bid for the survey and design contract for the 2×350,000 kilowatt coal-fired joint venture project of Indonesia's Jambi 2 project and its supporting power transmission and transformation projects. The project is located in Jambi Province, Sumatra Island, Indonesia. It is planned to construct two 350 MW supercritical coal-fired power generating units and a 500 kV double-circuit transmission line on the same tower with a total length of about 120 kilometers. On June 1, 2026, the plan for the expansion project of Haikou East Station was publicly announced, with a total investment of 186 million yuan and an expansion area of 5970 square meters.
